You are right in front of the famous gardens of Aguedal. From the roof terraces the views are magnificent. The snowy summits of the Atlas mountains raise high above the palm trees. The city wall stretches its ocre ribbon around Marrakech. And in the distance the minaret of the Koutoubia... This small paradise of greenery is situated in the up and coming residential zone of the city, at only 10 minutes from the lively and spectacular square Jemaa El Fnaa and the medina of Marrakech. The airport is at only 6,5 kilometres or 4 miles - or a 10 minute taxi drive. The new cinema complex, Megarama, is at only a 1 minute walk from the Ryad, as well as the new and grand commercial centre of Al Mazar.
